Opening a new era of opportunity for Los Angeles
The creation of USC Village is a historic milestone for Los Angeles in its bid to lead the nation in economic opportunity and forward-thinking development and planning. The USC Village represents a $700 million investment by the university that will provide thousands of jobs and pump billions of dollars into the local economy. In connection with the project, USC will provide more than $40 million in community benefits, including up to $20 million to an affordable housing fund managed by the city.
